Many are complaining about how Trump tried to fix the high price of ground beef this week. Let’s be honest, it was just an attempt at getting traction going into midterms. The 90 day plan clearly matches up to it and the 300K metrics tons of ground beef is a fraction of what is typically produced.
Like all narratives there are a several ways to look at it. Besides the flaccid attempt to fix things by trump, one massive piece that’s being omitted is Biden’s policies that further sandbaged the industry. On all levels this is a great example of why the government needs to stay out of business.
