CIA’s One-Way Mirror: Only White Women’s Motherhood, Homemaking, and Large Families Are Officially “Extremism”
In October 2021, the CIA’s Counterterrorism Mission Center released a 15-page unclassified intelligence assessment titled “Women Advancing White Racially and Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremist Radicalization and Recruitment.”
The report is still publicly available on the CIA’s website (and was formally retracted in February 2026 as one of 19 politically biased products). Its central thesis is blunt: women who embrace traditional motherhood, homemaking, large biological families, and lifestyle content are key drivers of what the agency calls “white racially and ethnically motivated violent extremism” (REMVE).
